Important: By downloading, installing, or using the Savings Tracker mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. App Overview

Savings Tracker is a mobile application designed to help users track their earnings, savings, and wealth-building progress. The app offers savings tracking, recurring income automation, analytics dashboards, and wealth projection features through both free and premium subscription tiers.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Available Subscriptions

Savings Tracker Premium offers the following subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $1.99 per week (auto-renewable)
Yearly Subscription: $19.99 per year (auto-renewable)

Note: Prices may vary by location and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

2.2 Subscription Features

Savings Tracker Premium includes:

Unlimited savings entries and income tracking
Automatic recurring income generation (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, yearly)
Advanced analytics dashboard with glowing cards
Interactive bar charts for savings trends
Pie charts for category breakdowns
Multiple time-range filters (week, month, quarter, year, all time)
Seven income categories with unique icons and colors
Savings rate badge and performance tracking
Monthly average and projected yearly savings

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Important Subscription Information:

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days at $1.99
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days at $19.99
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

For iOS users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find Savings Tracker and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Find Savings Tracker and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Note: Lifetime purchases cannot be cancelled as they are one-time payments, but refund requests can be made through your app store.

4.2 Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

Savings Tracker does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate earnings and savings information for tracking purposes
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the app in accordance with these terms
Not share your premium account access with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Keep savings and earnings data updated and accurate
Not input false or misleading financial data
Use recurring automation features responsibly
Respect the intellectual property rights of the app
Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

8. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

Important Data Notice: Savings Tracker relies on user-provided information for earnings and savings tracking. Users are responsible for entering accurate financial details, earnings amounts, savings percentages, and dates. Savings Tracker does not verify this information with financial institutions and is not responsible for inaccurate wealth projections due to incorrect data entry.

9. Savings Tracking Disclaimer

Savings Tracker does not access your payment methods or bank accounts
All earnings and savings data must be manually entered by the user
Savings Tracker does not automatically detect or track income
Wealth projections are estimates based on user-provided data and past savings rates
Savings Tracker is a tracking tool and does not provide financial advice
Users should consult financial professionals for investment and savings advice

10. Recurring Income Automation

Savings Tracker provides automated recurring entry generation:

Recurring entries are based on user-configured frequency and dates
Users can customize recurrence patterns (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, yearly)
Users can edit or delete recurring entries at any time
Savings Tracker is not responsible if recurring entries fail to generate due to technical issues
Users should regularly review automatically generated entries for accuracy

11. Financial Information and Privacy

Savings Tracker does not access financial accounts or payment information:

Users manually enter all earnings and savings details
No connection to bank accounts, credit cards, or financial institutions
Users retain full control over what information is tracked
All financial data entered is for tracking and analytics purposes only
Data is stored securely on your device with optional cloud backup

12. Analytics and Projections

Analytics Disclaimer: All savings trends, projections, and analytics are based on historical data you've entered. Future wealth projections assume consistent savings rates and do not account for market conditions, life changes, or other variables. These are estimates only and should not be considered financial advice.

13. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their savings tracking data. Savings Tracker and its developers retain all rights to the app's code, design, features, and branding. Users may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app
Reverse engineer the app's code
Remove or alter any copyright notices
Use the app's branding or design elements

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including savings tracking data and app usage analytics.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Savings Tracker at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason. Upon termination:

Your access to premium features will cease
You may lose access to cloud-synced data
Local data on your device may remain accessible
No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time

16. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app or email.

17. Limitation of Liability

Savings Tracker and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to:

Inaccurate savings calculations due to user data entry errors
Lost data or corrupted files
Financial decisions made based on app projections
Technical issues preventing access to tracking data
Missed recurring entries due to technical failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app subscription or purchase.

18. No Financial Advice

Important: Savings Tracker is a tracking and analytics tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All savings strategies, wealth projections, and financial decisions should be made in consultation with qualified financial professionals. Past savings performance does not guarantee future results.

19. Third-Party Services

Savings Tracker may integrate with third-party services for analytics, cloud storage, or payment processing. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of these third-party services.

20. Technical Support

We provide technical support for app functionality, savings tracking features, and recurring automation. Premium subscribers receive priority support. Support response times may vary.

21. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

22. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Savings Tracker regarding your use of the app.
